Please read through the following License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Trial Version.
Installing the Trial Version by checking the [Agree] checkbox and then clicking the Download button constitutes your assent to the enforceability of the Agreement as if a written hardcopy agreement has been signed between you and Silicone Studio. If you do not agree with the terms of this License Agreement, check the [Not Agree] checkbox and refrain from downloading the software.
1. Licensing the software

(1) All copyrights as well as any related intellectual property rights to this software ("Product") are properties of Matchlock Corporation ("Company"). (2) This Product will be licensed but not sold to you. Company reserves any rights to the Products not expressly licensed to you in this Agreement. (3) Company grants a non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to you to install (duplicate) and use the Product for evaluation, verification and personal purposes on the condition that you have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions

(1) You shall not sublicense or transfer your license right to the Product under this Agreement or assign, rent, sell or transfer any duplicate copy of the Product to any third parties. (2) You shall not use the Product for profit regardless if the means of making the profit is development, advertisement, education or otherwise. (3) You shall not convert, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to decode the source code of the Product, or allow any third party to perform the same.
3. Damages

The Company reserves the right to seek damages from you if you are in breach of any of the terms contained in this Agreement.
4. Support

The Company shall not provide any forms of support including answering questions in regards to the Product.
5. Scope of responsibility

The Company shall not provide any warranty nor shall be responsible for any damages in regards to the use (or nonuse) of the Product.
6. Term
-
(1) The Product shall be licensed for the period of one month. The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel your license right under this Agreement once the life of the license expires. (2) The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel your license right under this Agreement if you are in breach of any of its terms, in which case this Agreement shall become void as soon as such cancellation takes effect.
7. General

(1) All of this Agreement including its establishment, validity, construction and execution shall be governed by the laws of Japan. (2) Any conflict arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of first instance.
